Anyone got this script to work?? When a ticket is submitted on mine, it confirms on site but gives a "There are no open Tickets in your support history".
Anyone know how to fix this?
I can't find a conference thread on this contribution.
Traducción al español del código y de las instrucciones. El Zip contiene el pack completo con ambos idiomas. Lo he hecho muy rápido, o sea, que no está probado del todo. Si encontrais algún error remitidmelo, por favor.
Algunos textos no se han podido traducir porque están incluidos en el código y he preferido no tocar. Queda a elección de cada uno buscarlos y cambiarlos, o no.
Se ha modificado por completo el Box Support porque me daba un error en la versión inglesa, explicado abajo.

Rebuild Box Support, because I had an error in english version support.php, on line 13
require(DIR_WS_TEMPLATES . TEMPLATENAME_BOX);
on line 36 you will find that it says tep_merge_array
change that to merge_array and it will insert the details for you, no more manual insertion in phpmyadmin.

Almost everything was re-worked, updated and corrected.
Only English version. Read readme.txt
Updated some typos in english version and added support for german language. Latter one is BETA, since there might be one or two variables not being translated.
Installation file is updated as well.
It is now upadated to work with the lastest versions of MS2.
Two files have been updated;
admin/support.php
catalog/includes/modules/support_track.php
These files were updated to get rid of 2 error messages during the install. The readme.txt has also been transfered to notepad to make the install easier.

Okay, lot of changes have been made, this includes all of them.
If you already have the program installed, run the enclosed sql file omitting the configuration table varibles.

Okay, I admit, I am a bit careless !!
This package should hopefully, be the last update, now includes a missing file. If you have installed v1, just overwrite the existing files. And then follow the instructions as normal
A few minor typo's corrected, and other small changes.
Some defines have been added to application_yop files in both catalog and admin sides, please see install.htm for changes
