Just a repack of 1.2d and the added feature.
Makes it easier for people to download.

Why would we ask a registered user for their first name, we already know it.

So now osC Live Support recognizes this fact and automatically forwards them
past the login screen.

Just 2 quick fixes to this great contribution:

The zip file includes the single fix file from below (it was a bit tricky to figure out which live_support.php the last contribution was meant to replace).

In addition, a minor change to admin/ls_commwindow.php - it was missing a '.php' which was causing a 404 when attempting to close the admin window.

I did it again. I included the wrong file with this version.

Please download this file and replace the one in the original.

NOTE: You still need to download the complete package of Live Support v1.2b

Ok now we are starting to make some progress.

v1.2b
- added the ability to add some customizable features such as color, and warning sound.
- now the script give the user the choice to hit the close button instead of closing the window.
- now the operator can end the session and the script notifies the user and closes his window.
- when the user leaves the conversation the operator is notified and closes his window.
- put focus on text input so that you dont have to keep clicking the text window.
- fixed the ability to add apostrophe's and quotes, before would cause MySQL error.

Found an error in a sql statement
just replace this file with the original

Made some bug fixes, and now informs additional users when the live support operator is in a conversation. as for the operator when the window pops up the operator can see how many people are requesting his help

Here is a quick bug fix.

replace ls_start.php in the catalog directory with this one.

I left a development portion intact, and forgot to include .php on a file extension as well.

If you download the contribution you will also need this fix.

I was looking for a free solution to offer a customer of mine the ability for Live Support. However, there really wasn't one, I looked at the others here, while one used ICQ and the other wasn't exactly free.

So I created on that integrates into osCommerce.
