Calculation of cash on delivery fees Version 1.4

now DHL is also included.

I needed to provide cash on delivery support for the Canada Post shipping module. I downloaded this module and made a few adjustements to its source code. It now supports French and COD when the user chooses to use Canada Post as the shipping method. To repay the community I'm returning the favor by uploading this file. Hope it is helpful to someone. However, use at your own risk and remeber to test, test and test again before puting in prod.

This update brings compatibility with MS2 straight out of the box as well as support for FedEx. Please direct all questions to the forums, here:

This Order Total /w COD replaces the original MS2 ot_cod_fee.php in /catalog/includes/modules/order_total.

Added functionality for the Norwegian Postens Servicepakke is provided with this file. Download and install the Servicepakke shipping module and this update will provide COD shipping.

This module calculates the cash on delivery fees for following shipping modules:
'ap' (Austrian Post AG),
'dp' (German Post AG),
'flat' (Flat Rate),
'item' (Per Item),
'table' (Table Rate),
'ups' (United Parcel Service),
'usps' (United States Postal Service),
'zones' (Zone Based Rates).

The payment module 'Cash on Delivery' and one of the above named shipping modules must be installed and active.

The cash on delivery fees can be adapted in the admin section.

Functionally exclusive with the CVS version 2.2 after 01. November 2002
