Without my small fix, if there are lots of product attributes, you cannot navigate to other pages (pagination problem).

Lets say we have 13 attributes, so we gonna have 2 pages.
So the link will be http://mydomain.com/catalog/admin/products_attributes.php?attribute_page=2
but it will not display the 11, 12 and 13 attribute only the first ten (well it also depends on MAX_ROW_LISTS_OPTIONS)

This is not the full package, just a small txt file explaining how to fix this problem...

I never cared for the way the admin->catalog->product attributes page was laid out. I created this mod a few versions of OSC back, however, just transported it over to OSC v2.3.1

This changes the layout of the admin->catalog->product attributes page work it add three tabs across the top of the page, labled Options, Values, and Attributes using these tabs, you can cylce through the various product attributes on seperate pages rather than on the one main page and staggered.
