This change is implemented the administrator features. The existing administrator can view/edit all products if they have the access to product.
This modification will limit the administrator to view/edit the products which belong to them only. An administrator can not view/edit others' product information (of course they can view all products from the front end.)
This modification is good for a site have multiple vendors/dealers.
