It is also backward compatible to all other osc2.3.x.

This is a full language pack for all osc2.3.2 version as well as other 2.3.x versions.

This is a full package.

All prefix BOM are trimmed.

This patch is used to trimmed the BOM bytes which prefixed to the PHP language files in the directory "tchinese" of this package.

Just following the procedures in the attached file

This language pack needs to convert some single byte ASCII characters, such as white space, “(“, ”)”, “#”, etc to utf-8 double byte characters.

Details procedure can be found in the patch file.
