A dropdown with all categories that works with the latest snapshot (Beg of September).

This is Weirdlab's mod based on osC core elements.

I'm using the MAX_MANUFACTURERS_LIST key from the DB so that both dropdowns
look alike in case you activate the manufacturer's one.

Version 1.1 adds two fixes by Marcel van Lieshout and an alternative previously unreleased fix by Weirdlab.

My alternative fix requires a function replacement in general.php.

You decide what to do ;)
