Export control for shopping cart
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

This is Export control code so you can manage your sensitive items.

This will add a database field so you can specify an item as export controlled.

If it is export controlled, a red message will be displayed next to the item in the shopping cart.

Also, a client will not be able to goto checkout shipping if he is outside of the stores country if he has any export controlled items in his shopping cart.

pretty easy to install and it works,.
