In Russia the standard on servers - for local Time - win-1251 or KOI-8 is applied. Apply UTF-8 a little and consequently there are problems with date display. But it influences and a problem which is solved in "better ISO/UTF a mail". But it is solved for Russia not absolutely. In Russia there are problems with display box-Reviews. I have made addition to "better ISO/UTF a mail" and now all works. Box-Reviews uses parametres as well as "better ISO/UTF a mail". Probably in Hungary there is no problem with display box-Reviews. But will correctly complete "better ISO/UTF an a mail" that in others the countries responses were well displayed. It is based on yours "better ISO/UTF an a mail".

In Russia if to register Account with Russian Firstname or Lastname - are not displayed Reviews. Also if to register Account with Russian Firstname or Lastname - are not displayed "sendMail", "Tell a Friend" and "Notifications for Registration". "Better ISO/UTF mail" has corrected a problem everywhere - only with box-Reviews there was a problem.

Some email cliens can not display correct OsCommerce OnLine Merchant 3.0 Alfa 5 "Vanillekripferl"
emails non iso-8859-1 based languages. If you see missed characters in sent emails body subject or name, try to use this contrib.
