This alow you to edit product name, product model, quantity, sort order...
Based on two contribution:
Admin: Model No on Category / Product Administration Screen
Update quantity & change sort_order of categories and products

Instruction is kinda not good, please improve it...

you should be able to update the categories name as well from one page!
