Features Supported by this module.

1. Checkout with Amazon and Amazon Payphrase options on the "Checkout" page and "Select Payment Method" page on your website.
2. Dynamic Shipping and Tax calculation when the buyer selects the shipping adress.
3. Order Management (Ship Order, Cancel Order, Refund Order) through your website's admin portal.
4. Instant order notification and inventory updates for Checkout By Amazon orders.
5. Ability to send custom information at cart and item levels in an order.

We have added the following enhancements to the add-on in this release:

* Amazon Payphrase integration.
* Flexible List of Shipping Options integration. Shipping quotes are dynamically picked from the osCommerce shipping module [This makes the quotes consistent between osCommerce standard checkout flow and Checkout By Amazon flow]
* Checkout By Amazon integration on the alternate payment option page on the osCommerce checkout pipeline
* Dual order management (using XML feeds - for merchants who do not have https endpoint and IOPN - for merchants who have https endpoint)
* HTML documentation including installation, configuration and comprehensive troubleshooting guides.
* Sample code and documentation to showcase how merchants can send Cart level Custom information that is stored with the order and passed on at different levels including callback and IOPN.
* We have integrated Amazon Order History into the default order management page so that you can know what state the CBA orders are in and get instant recommendation on the next action.
* Order status mapping to map your custom order statuses to Amazon specific order statuses.


IMPORTANT

DO NOT use the upgrade script (CBA2.1-upgrade_to_2.3.php or CBA2.2-upgrade_to_2.3.php) if you modified any of the original checkout by amazon add-on files and/or tables. Please follow the steps in the corresponding manual upgrade guides.

We have added the following enhancements to the add-on in this release:

* Checkout By Amazon Instant Order Payment Notification (IOPN) Integration.
* Inventory updates immediately after the order is placed.
* Separate page specifically for managing Checkout by Amazon orders.
* Ability to search Orders by Amazon Order Id in the "Amazon orders" on osCommerce admin UI.
* New Status codes for Checkout By Amazon orders to ensure that these do not clash with the custom status codes you might have already defined.
* Support for merchants to send Cart level Custom information that is stored with the order and passed on at different levels including callback and IOPN.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Please note that order management for amazon orders on osCommerce admin UI works only if you have a HTTPS endpoint for IOPN.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

1. Please set the IOPN endpoint in Seller central 2 hours prior to upgrading the 2.2 Plugin.
2. DO NOT use the upgrade script (upgrade_to_2.2.php) if you modified any of the original checkout by amazon add-on files and/or tables.

This module adds Checkout by Amazon as a checkout option on your store, providing your customers with the same checkout experience available on Amazon.com. Please use this module if you are using OSCommerce v2.2 RC2.
