Benjamin had the idea at first.

But it didn´t fit exactly what I needed. I added some more variables and some bugfixes.

This is based on account_history_info.php not on the first release of Benjamin. You can not "upgrade"

These files will add the capability for the customers to print receipts from the order history page.

You can customize the receipt with a store logo and store addy. Although code would be prettier if you add the staore addy to the logo image and save as 1 gif.
