Auto Update Currencies V 1.0
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2
This add-on is register_globals compatible
Allows the currencies to be automatically updated. This code uses the same online services that the oscommerce code uses, which has always worked, so this should allow the update to work where the other update currencies module fails. This code is a mixture of that contribution and the in-built code.
This is a full package.

- Reversed order of servers being checked since xe.com seems to provide quicker updates. These are settable in the file so they can be switched back if desired.
- Added date checked code so that the updates are not attempted if an update has already been done within a certain number of hours. That number is settable in the file.
