Shipping Charge Pay on Delivery Shipping Module
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

I had Created this module for one of my Client

With this module

From admin you can set Shipping charges or make it free (0 Price)
Customer will go to site and when purchase they will see shipping option as "Pay on Delivery" and place order

Currently its in English and Finnish languages but you can translate it into your language
