Protect your site via htaccess
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2
This contribution contains scripts that help you protect your site via your htaccess file.
I came across it as I was researching a problem and thought it would be very handy for sharing.
Some great tools here for your protection.

I have changed a bit to make it easier for not so savvy users to be able to add.
Also for those who use the IP trap there is a separate file you can copy and paste in to the IP_Trapped.txt file on your server.
Hope it helps, and prevents you having your sites hacked!
File is in the HTML page as its colour coded.
I have included an image for HOTLINK protection redirect.
Please be very carful in use, if you are not sure ask!

I have within, described and provided the means to ban the whole of Turkey.
This is an EXTREME measue and not really done as a matter of course.
Please note that by banning this country you will not have any visitors from there.
Only use this script in cases where you have no choice!
Also be aware that hackers exist everywhere and not only from Turkey.
I have left the script in the contribution so you can use as a last resort.
