for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

Instead of greeting a returning user with his or her:

firstname

this simple modification in two files will change it to:

firstname lastname.

Instead of greeting a returning user with his or her:

firstname

this simple modification in 3 files will change it to:

firstname lastname.

V1.1: Just a fix, it's necessary to unregister the last name too during logoff.
