Force Customer Country (Force CC)
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

When the customer creates his/hers account she/he can't decide wich cuntry he/she comes from. One country is picked in advanced and which this cuntry is can be decided from the admin panel in "Configuration -> Customer Details".
