for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

This very simple script puts a random banner in any category with sub-category's in it above the subcategory's.

I wrote a Noob proof install instruction sinds i am a PHP noob myself, this is my first PHP script ever.
So please improve or change this script if you like.
