Correction made to all tep function calls.

Here is an updated file for VeriSign PayFlowLink.
Make sure you have PayFlowLink as there are 3 different accounts you can have with VeriSign.
This one has been tested and it works.

Nothing major just added the sort order function to this contribution. Just replace your current file with this one

Juan Ugarte updated my versions, taxes work with it now.

Fixed form_action_url variable, and lack of selection variables, and changed enabling variables from 0 and 1 to true and false.
Older version wouldn't work for me using osCommerce 2.2 MS 2. Above changes should help.
