Thumb Scaler
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

This add-on is register_globals compatible

This contribution makes the thumbnails show up scaled correctly for their widths and heights. It is scaled to the small image width, which can be found in the admin section under 'images'. It ignores the small image height, because for a properly scaled image it will not always be the same dimensions.

The instructions did not include which file to toss the function and also added proper scaling to the whats_new box.
