for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

This add-on would give an administrator a log of who updated the order status. When an order is placed, the value is set to the customer who placed the order.
After that every status update is recorded in the database, and displayed with the order history at Administration -> Customers -> Orders -> Edit (Status update history)
