Big tax fix for Canadian Taxes
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

I tried to get my sepearate taxes working with all the other contribution and v2.2 but there was always a bug to work around, took me weeks to figure out how to have GST + PST + HST to work seamlessly together, make them appear on different lines and calculate the right way. Here is my modified ot_tax.php file that will surely help you out.

Here is the corrected installation procedure. I forgot that you need to name all your tax rate like this : PST QC, PST BC, PST AB, etc. Read the new readme.txt file for more explanation.
