I made two small changes to steveq's v1.0.2c:

+ Spiffy Calendar to the date fields
+ a printable checkbox that removes the navigation box on the left and the information box on the right

Fixed problem in the 1.0.2b that don't display correct value over 10000

With this little modification the report display automatically the selected currency for your shop, using the integrated calculation functions to display the prices.

Small change that improves the reporting of the "referer".

It also removes the need for a referer array reducing the amount of "user defined parameters".

Below only contained the modified admin/salestracker.php this is the full package.

Minor change in the way total sales is formatted.

Shows all sales today or sales between a certain date range.

Value of sales for the period
orderid (click to go to order)
Customer name (click to go to detail)
Payment Type (e.g. Protx Direct)
Date purchased
Status (Click to change status in order screen)
Referer (Where did the customer come from)
Campaign (which ad campaign/specific ad)
Total value of sale.

I have been using my own version for years and I spend most of my time there so thought I would package it for the community.

PLEASE NOTE:
This contribution is designed to be used on a shop with the supertracker contribution installed. If it is not installed you will not get the referer/ads functionality. Also I have not tested without supertracker.
