Besides my addition from yesterday I also added the function that the manufacturers information page did not contain all the sub category images before listing the products of a chosen manufacturer.

This change still contains the changes from yesterday that not only the products in the sub categories are listed but also the actual sub category names and images.

The screenshots are still the old ones since I work with a heavily modified shop.

I love this contribution however I wanted to show both the sub category names and images together with the products within those categories. I have used an old contribution from 2003 to fix the problem.

to fix the SQL error of

unkown field "select distinctp blah blah blah

you have to goto the "we show them all" part for product categories *(not manufacturers)

and add a 'space' (thats one spacebar) after "select distinct"

so it will be "select distinct "

yah easy fix...

now it works!!

this one is verified working.

V1.01 instructions contained some extra info which was not necessary to the mod. Thus returning an tep_get_error. This has been resolved in V1.02.

Added some bug fixes from the support thread. Full working package.

I believe I've solved the missing manufacturer and quantity issue.

As you can see, just a simple change on last line where $_list should be $select_column_list.

as stated below manufacturers and quantity is not showing up, can some one please repair the script. thanks

Not show manofacturer and quantity

This simple line edit contribution will show all products available in the selected category, including the products in that category's subcategories similar to the product listing page.

Created for those who do not wish to have the subcategory selection page or to create images for each category and subcategory.

Product listing results can be narrowed to subcategory contents by clicking the category/subcategory tree already present in the categories box.

Full instructions and generic example gifs are included in package.
