IE Select box visibility fix georgec 28 Jan 2008  

Due to a bug in IE6, <select> box will show through a layer above it. This quick fix will hide all the boxes underneath the lightbox popup and then bring them back first thing during the hideLightbox() routine. Look for "function hideSelects(visibility){}"
