Welcome guest-customer greeting
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

In OSCMAX the 'Welcome Guest or Customer's name' greeting is not there by design.

If you need it back again, this simple code change in
templates/fallback/content/index_default.tpl.php

will reinstall it.
