for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

Allows customers to enter a code during checkout to make a donation. Allowable donation codes are set up by the store owner.

There is also a report to show orders and donation amounts.

Donation amounts are not added to the order total - this contribution assumes the store owner is making the donation payment, not the customer.
