The chance for free shipping module is to help online store convert shoppers into buyers.
It gives online shoppers an option to get free shipping.
For instant, a $5 shipping with $1 discount, customer can have for $4 or 20% chance for free shipping. Customers select which option they want.
It converts shoppers into buyers after they made a purchase decision.
In this package, the chance is determined by a 3rd party, through which both online store and online shoppers can retrieve the chance determination process independently.
