New version of the ePay payment module for osCommerce v2.2 Release Candidate 2a

The page that opens the payment window is now in same layout as the rest of osCommerce

Bugfix. Fixed the multiline bug in the orders_products table

Bugfix. Removed the /admin/includes/configures.php file from the installation. It is not needed to be there as it by 99% will corrupt
the existing installation of osCommerce

Bugfix. Problems with orderlines. They were not shown in the order confirmation email.

Bugfix in the calculation of total orderamount. Now the currency decimals are used in number_format function
Bugfix in the way of the orderid was registered in the session. The accept would cause problems in full-screen window mode.

V. 3.3 - ePay 2007-07-31
Tested the module up against the osCommerce 2.2 Release Candidate 1
Bugfix for the calculation of total orderamount. When US localization was used the amount was invalid.
Removed the classescurrency.php class. It is not used anymore.

Bugfix in the numbers transmitted to ePay (4.98 was converted to 5.00)
Added callback functionality
Added more info in the order module (cc_fraudstatus, cc_transfee, cc_client_callback_ip)
cc_fraudstatus the number of transactions for this creditcard the past 24 hours
cc_transfee the fee - if the transaction fee was put on the customer
cc_client_callback_ip - ipaddress for clients making callbacks to the callback url
Removed outfaced settings
Fixed the "%s" problem in the bottom of the order confirmation
