admin css header navigation
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2
I had a client recently that liked/wanted this so I thought I would share it here.
This will add a css menu bar to the header of your admin area. This is based on the header nav bar the osC forums uses, it is fast and easier to read and navigate thru than the column left that comes with osC, and most of you are already familiar with it's ease of use and functionality from the forums anyway! It consists of simple list items basically.
This one does have lots of links to things you may not have in your admin area,(added contributions) but it is very customizable--maybe you should add the functionality of the other contributions as well! Or just edit out the links you will not use, or simply don't click on them :-)
You can also customize this fairly easily to use on your customer side of the shop as well, assuming you know css and html decently enough. As it is it uses no javascript or server-side coding at all. But could use server-side coding if you wish to change it.
See the index.html file included for an example of how it looks! DO NOT upload this to your site, it is just an example of how it looks.
