#Over Purchase Quantity Check

I needed a contribution that would solve this problem for me, but there was none I could find. I created this contribution from MAXIMUM Product Quantity with Admin (http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,4155/category,all/search,maxium+order+quantity). Now instead of creating a new table in your database, this script will check the quantity in your current database and change the quantity towards what you have available. No more struggles to fix over purchasing customers.
