Download Safe Mode Enabled Workaround
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

My second contribution after long nights looking for a solution and countless google browsing I found a script on a forum that allows to download a file in PHP without the Readfile() instruction. (Hopefully fixed on PHP6)
