Quebec Tax
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

The purpose of this contribution is to recalculate the seperate GST and PST for display on the
invoices, instead of having them both on the same line.

It doesn't change any values anywhere, it merely adds the order subtotal with the shipping charges, and then apply GST or GST and PST to it for display.
