improved popup_image with close button
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

An improved version of popup_image.php, which
makes sure the popup windows is resized to show the full image with a close button at the centre bottom of the image.
Tested OK on IE 6, IE 7, Firefox 1.5.07 (1.5.08) and Opera 9.
