Order Total excluding VAT

Just a very very simple modification which allows having an additional subtotal excluding VAT...

Product A: 11,00EUR
Product B: 11,00EUR
-------------------------
Subtotal excl: 18,18EUR
21% VAT: 3,82EUR
Subtotal incl: 22,00EUR
-------------------------
Total incl: 28,66EUR


This modification just installs as an extra order total module, no changes to any other files needed.

This version takes into account whether the total amount comes with or without taxes. If prices are without taxes, it won't deduct the taxes amount to the total amount to show this figure.
