zip_Validator
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

The right place to check zip codes is when they are entered (not in shipping modules). This kludge checks for sane 5 or 5+4 digit zip codes for the US and territories that use US zip codes.

Also added Canadian post code checks

Fixed the Canada check - auto corrects to capitals and auto corrects the number of spaces.
