Dis/Approve customer by administrator in osCommerce. By default when customer is registered, s/he is disapproved, so this customer account is not active. It could be de/activated from the osCommerce admin panel.

A few messages need to be updated in for the create account success page and the customer email sent after account creation in the create_account.php.

Once an account is approved, the Admin should manualy send another email to the customer .
