new admin style 1.0
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2


I was impressed that OsCommerce 3.0a3 looks so good at the admin side.
Tried to include it into ms2.2, it didn't work out.

But I still liked the idea of having a horizontal menu. And here you go.
Guess some of you will like it. The (multilingual) menu is easy to upgrade with own links.
