This is a continuation build from v1.4 below.
Added the option to have a Minimum Amount for free shipping in addition to categories. This is optional and can be turned on/off via the admin side.
This is mostly useful for restricting free shipping from certain categories when you want to have free shipping based on price.
Some minor alterations to the language file may be necessary depending on your needs.
1. Google Checkout compatibility
2. Added option to deduct weight for free shipping items in a mixed cart with both free shipping and non-free shipping items.

Here added module control value allowing to restrict free shipping to orders with products only from this categories mentioned, or this products from any categories (including mentioned in settings). NOTE! Prev versions allowed free shipping to orders with any products if there are ones from categories set for module. To avoid mails with questions explanation about settings ioncluded.
