Setup International "Rest of the World" tax zone
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2
This contribution allows you to quickly setup an international tax zone. All
countries except for your home country will be added to the zone.
This zone can be used for the shipping or payment modules, so that you can have
a module which gets shown only to customers from countries other than your
country (or "International" customers).

Step 1: BACKUP YOUR DATABASE!!!
Step 2: Upload setup_international_zone.php to your catalog/admin folder
Step 3: In your browser go to
http://yoursite.com/catalog/admin/setup_international_zone.php
Step 4: Fill out the short form and click "Create Zone"
