filenames.php should look like this... took out a few spaces that prevented it from working properly.


define('FILENAME_AS_PRICING', 'as_pricing.php');

adjusted as_pricing.php to only list categories in store's default language. I was getting triplictes (one for each language)

also, slightly adjusted layout. have the category menu next to the product listing so i didn't have to scroll all the way down to change categories.

and...took out the exit; so it displays Update Successful and shows the category menu again. No need to click an extra time to get the list :)

also added installation instructions in English
