Posten På Døren - Norwegian shipping module
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

This module adds the På døren shipping method used by Posten in Norway.

Based on the Servicepakke module with the following changes:
- Rates for På døren shipping method.
- Added a maximum weight field.
- Added a query and database table to check if På døren is offered at the customers adress (postcode).

This is a complete package.
Rates are valid until 31/12-2005.
