This is a contribution for those who need to allow orders for a fraction or decimal quantity.

You have to change the setup for several quantity fields in your phpMyAdmin. They have to be changed from integers to decimals. Then there is one function that needs to be adjusted. Very simple fix and should only take a short time to accomplish this.
