I figured the install should be updated for the first part of the contribution. People were still having some basic problems with the installation. Basically I clarified that some additional files needed to be uploaded.

This is an initial update to the quicker install version. I'm still debugging an update to the AJAX code. Let me know in the forum if you have any trouble.

Yet another update. There's some logic missing from admin/orders.php in v3.

In addition, my package does not appear to suffer from the problem described by Bruin_03, but any feedback is always appreciated.

Problem: There is an issue with the copy billing address function that will present the copy function from working if you have he if you have the suburb field disabled in your admin.

Symptoms: FireFox users may have noticed that the checkbox would not copy the billing information. IE users may have received a javascript error.

The attached document describes how to fix this.

After a few concerned readers emailed me about errors in my package, I took a fresh copy of MS2 060817, applied the FEC install from the 04 May 2006 package, then ran a program to find the files that differed from a fresh MS2 060817 package. Please let me know if there are problems or if you need assistance.

I have not corrected any code flaws, if they exist. This is purely to reduce the installation process to a copy/paste problem. Many people are daunted by hand-editing files, so I'm trying to simply the process.

Caught a bug in my 'admin/orders.php', and I've fixed the AJAX code for the 'Get New Total' button.

The previous attempt at a quick install left out a lot, so here's my attempt to make this install painless. I've included every file that the FEC 3.2 package touches on, with the modifications already made, that I could find.

Please let me know if you find anything that's missing, so I can update my original package.

This quick installation package saves your the hassle to edit/copy 20 files to implement fec 3.2.

FEC3.2 - 4 may 2006 is used to make this package.

This is a simple fix for people that experience the Object Expected error on create_account1.php and create_account3.php.

Where it says "6-in includes/filenames.php change the define of both FILENAME_CHECKOUT_PAYMENT and FILENAME_CHECKOUT_SHIPPING to fec_shipping.php"

this patch allows you to adjust the order of the apperance of the boxes in checkout_shipping.php
it is not 100% tested yet use for evaluation purpose

i have decided to seperate the instruction for the two part of this contribution since there is alternative to the second part
and some people might want to only use the first part
part one-combination of checkout_shipping.php and checkout_payment.php this reduces one click in the checkout process
part two is for the combination login ,create account and pwa in one page which will reduce a second click

also added a link in the email that allows the customer to register an account if he did not originaly created one idea by burt
also there is a second method of registering all customers as guest and give them the option to create an account in email also idea by burt

thanks to the dev team of pwa i used their logic for this version which hopefully solves most of the issues
