Product Setup Fee
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

Product Setup Fee allows site owners to charge a setup fee for products using product attributes. Once installed, the product setup fee is added only once insted of being multiplied by the product quantity in the shopping cart.

Step 5 was wrong. It should have read:

STEP 5: admin/includes/classes/shopping_cart.php

instead of

STEP 5: admin/includes/classes/order.php


The change is effective in this new package. Sorry for all the headaches.
