Discount Per Products Quantity
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2
This simple mod makes possible to apply a simple discount to an order, only if the products quantity reach a desired limit. For example:
You want that your customers obtain a 10% discount if they bought more than 6 products. This mod will do this very easily.
You can specify in the admin section the number of items required to obtain the discount and the percentage too.

This module works great except by itself it had a problem communicating the discount all the way through to Authorize.net. After hours and hours of searching I found the following fix: http://forums.oscommerce.com/index.php?showtopic=80361. The fix is for the checkout_process.php file in the main catalog folder. I have attached the fixed file for your convenience. I hope this helps people.
