Added Turkish Language.

I've changed the layout of the e-mail part that is send to the customers. The original looked like a mess. Because these changes are made in the langauge related part of this contri only the Dutch and English one's are included.

It's a full package.

- restablished the multilanguage ability in eubanktransfer.php

- Added Italian language module
- Corrected a bug in all languages modules

I've edited the discription and title information in the 'eubanktransfer.php' file. Everything else is the same.

Further I've added a danish version to the package.

Correction only on the Dutch language module part.

This module mainly uses the code of the EU-Standard Bank Transfer.

It provides the customer with all account information including the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT-Code.

The package includes English and German language files and supports different zones.
