Human Manufacturers
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

For stores where 'human' manufacturers need to be listed in alphabetical order by surname whilst appearing in the format 'forename surname' e.g. Susan Smith

For example: artists, authors, jewellers, crafts-people

Example manufacturers listing:
John Brown
Stuart Smith
Alan White

This would appear as :
Alan White
John Brown
Stuart Smith ...
.. without this modification

Do not use previous zip as I spelt forename without the middle e thus causing a problem that I hadn't noticed beforehand... sorry
