PO Box - show USPS only
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

This contribution will show the USPS shipping module based on wether PO Box is in the shipping address line. The assumption is that at least one other shipping module is available besides USPS so that when PO Box is in the shipping address line the other shipping module will be shown.
