I got tired of all the times I would see a an empty Shopping Cart and links sending me to an empy cart.

So I wrote this code to hide the Shopping Cart InfoBox when it is empty as well as links to the Shopping Cart in the navigation bar when there is nothing in the Shopping Cart.

Finally, Checkout in the navigation bar and the Checkout Button are hidden when the Shopping Cart is empty.
